Information collected is used solely to deliver agreed intelligence services, respond to enquiries, and improve the quality of our platform. Client data is never used for any purpose beyond the scope of the agreed engagement.
SiloIQ does not sell, rent, or share personal or client data with third parties. Data shared with SiloIQ by clients is treated as strictly confidential and is not disclosed to any external party without explicit written consent.
Client data is retained only for the duration of the active engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for audit and service continuity purposes. Upon request, client data will be deleted within 30 days.
