The terms governing your use of SiloIQ services.
By accessing or using any SiloIQ service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SiloIQ provides retail operational intelligence services including demand forecasting, inventory risk analysis, promotion effectiveness analysis, multi-location intelligence, and related outputs. The scope of services for each client is defined in the applicable service agreement.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data provided to SiloIQ. SiloIQ is not liable for errors in intelligence outputs resulting from incomplete or inaccurate input data.
All methodologies, models, and platform components developed by SiloIQ remain the intellectual property of SiloIQ Inc. Intelligence outputs delivered to clients are for internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.
SiloIQ's intelligence outputs are advisory in nature. Business decisions made on the basis of SiloIQ outputs remain the responsibility of the client. SiloIQ's liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in which any claim arises.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
